What needs to change?
A board decision that keeps returning. A programme that has stalled. An investment proposal that leaves too many questions. We work with boards and leadership teams in Luxembourg and across Europe to resolve the issue and help carry out the next steps.
Governance. Strategy. Execution.

Review one issue
We agree the question to examine and the information needed, then give you findings and recommendations to discuss with leadership.
Help making the changes
We work with your teams to put the agreed changes into use. We can also lead a programme where that role is expressly agreed.
Advice over time
We meet at agreed intervals to review progress, question assumptions and help work through decisions. We agree the responsibilities before starting.
Choose one issue to work through.
Governance review
Review who decides what, the information reaching the board and how unresolved issues are handled. Receive a short report and discuss the proposed changes with leadership.
Explore governance →Programme momentum review
Review a programme or group of programmes to understand what is blocking progress, which options are available and what needs doing next.
Explore strategy execution →Technology decision review
Work through why an AI or technology investment is needed, whether the organisation is ready and who is responsible.
Explore technology oversight →Investor readiness review
Identify missing information and unresolved governance questions before meeting investors.
Explore investor readiness →Know what you are agreeing to.
Your proposal states what we will do, what you will receive, what we need from you, the timetable and the fees. You have one person responsible for the engagement. Any specialist work is agreed with you.
Formal board appointments require a separate assessment and agreement. Legal, tax and regulated services remain with appropriately authorised providers.
