How do we begin?
Use the contact page to describe the situation. An initial conversation establishes the question, the people involved and whether a scoped engagement would be useful.
What will a proposal include?
Objectives, scope, deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, timetable, fees and the treatment of additional work.
Who carries out the work?
An accountable engagement lead coordinates the mandate. Specialist roles and scope are agreed with you when required.
How long does an engagement take?
Timing depends on scope, information availability and access to decision makers. The proposal states the timetable and review points.
Can you provide continuing support?
Where useful, a defined ongoing advisory arrangement can follow a focused review or implementation engagement. Its purpose and responsibilities are agreed separately.
Do you take formal board appointments?
A formal director appointment is separate from advisory support and requires assessment of eligibility, availability, duties and potential conflicts. Please describe the appointment you have in mind.
How do you work with our risk, compliance or PMO teams?
Their responsibilities remain with them. The scope explains how Colibri works with existing functions and who owns each decision and deliverable. Any embedded leadership responsibilities are explicitly agreed.
Do you implement technology systems?
The service focuses on leadership decisions and oversight. Engineering, testing and configuration require separate technical responsibilities and scope.
Can you secure funding for us?
Investor readiness support helps prepare governance and management information. It does not guarantee investment or include securities placement.
Do you offer board education?
Personal board and leadership development enquiries are directed to TheDigitalBoard. Colibri focuses on advisory for organisations.
Must I subscribe to receive a resource?
No. Each resource has its own request form. Marketing subscription is optional and separate from the information needed to process that request.
Can we share sensitive documents immediately?
Begin with a brief description. Agree the information needed and the appropriate confidential exchange arrangements before sharing sensitive material.
